I had earlier reported that I have stopped taking wheat chapati at Dinner. In two months, I had reduced weight by 2 Kgs. This month I have again been able to reduce by 1 Kg. This comes to about 1 Kg per month. So it is a confirmation from from me that absence of chapati at dinner helps in weight reduction. This correspondingly reduces the need for insulin dose, signifying that the body is more near normal. Any comments ?
