For controlling my sugar level everyday I take 3 no Glucose Health (AMWAY supplementary) half an hour before meal ( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Only one prescribed oral (Glycomine 15) after dinner at night. Last three months my blood sugar control fasting 90 to 110 and PP 138 to 152.
