How dancing on karela will control sugar? Any scientific support?
There is no science in it. But what I feel is this - our skins are sensitives.When one dance on it, the bitterness of it as a whole get in touch with the skin of our feet. since our blood moves from our heart to feet and then from feet to our head and so on. It may be that this bitterness which enters in out body via skin may reduce the sweetness in our blood.
It is nothing more than the exercise that is involved in dancing for 45 minutes! It should work with or without karela. It should be obvious that it is vigorous exercise which is commonly recommended for controlling sugar,
Dancing for 45 minutes is quite impossible for diabetic patient. it is for few minutes i.e. says 10/15 minutes.
Why is it difficult for diabetic patient to exercise for 45 mins unless he/she is suffering from a cardiac disorder or is asthmatic or has musculoskeletal disorder or some other severe systemic illness due to which he/she can't exert.. Well I recommend everyone to exercise for at least 30 to 45 mins daily.

Don't use this site for giving this type of worst advises. Because this type of funny advises will definetly hurt somany diabetic patients hearts. Doing exercise can definetly helpful. it is true. No doubt at all. But rather than intake of bitterguard(karela) U r advising to to dance on it. It is funny.

Could you please tell me the mode of action or the pharmacological action or the site of absorption for this theory?Please justify your answer with valid evidence or research because the sole of the foot has the thickest skin and absorption through there is least likely, probably eating those would have a better outcome on results.
