I want to know regular diet items consumed by LCHF followers who got controlled reasonably.

Hai, I am venu gopala rao,57years old male. I am diabetic/hyper tense for last 10 years and on allopathic drugs changing time to time for control. NOw I am using Gluco Red forte(1 tab morning and night), pioglit 15mg after noon. just going thru other Q'A about LCHF just to get info. I am interested in LCHF things. how to maintain LCHF diet regularly in forced bachelor life and on touring. If failed for one or two days continuosly is it effects blood sugar leavels if we discontinued our drugs ,then what to do in that case i hv to take drugs at that time. Continuosly we must be on LCHF diet for life long or any chances of reverse the diabetics after some time. where shall i get actual LCHF diet items availble in INdia(south). Can I get list of items consumed by LCHF followers breakfast/lunch/evening/dinner including snacks and how they maintening while touring.

Thank you anup ji. JUst can you give me any link or list of items for LCHF diet for breakfast,lunch,dinner . Some where I read 4C+4P+9F pattern should follow. As a new comer it is diff. to select items suitable in this pattern. If I get a items list as template I can guess and replace some of the things suitable for me.
