Suggest reduce your carbohydrates intake and may increase protein or fat intake and go for brisk walk every day in morning or evening for 40 to 50 minutes. Consult your doctor for adjusting medicines if you are taking
Check your BP levels.. Fasting suger levels are an indication for hypertension symptms
I think you have the same condition as me with respect to PPBS. My PPBS is low. But now since last test in Jan 2016 my PBS has come down to 90. Hope to keep it so till my next visit next month. For dinner, I have LW mashed a small cup with equal qty of cooked moong dal and salad(chopped cucumber+tomato+onion) with 1/4 cup of grated coconut sprinkled on them, and any veg/ mushroom curry.. Try for a few weeks. It will take time for the FBS to show results. Others in the forum too will help you.
Fasting is a little high, you can reduce it by taking a midnight protein snack. Or making sure your dinner has a good amount of calories. The liver dumps glucose when it feels you are starving. So your food intake at dinner is not sufficient to last the night. There is a chance that you are eating light at night to get high FBS. Your PPBS is fine.
p.s going to a doctor after being detected for diabetes is fine, but what most people ignore is going to a "Diabetes Clinic" for 'diabetes education'. Most hospitals, endocrinologists and diagnostic clinics like Apollo have these diabetes clinics. Please attend, ignorance is deadlier than sugar for a Diabetic.
You may try evening walk for half an hour for reducing your FBS.
