Dear sir I m using Lwmrd last 45 days but my sugar label not going down.

FBS - 140

Pubs - 200

Plz suggest what to do I m not any medication

Will you please list down the activities of an average day during the LWMDR  with regard to diet, medicines etc? That may help to identify the reason your blood sugar not coming down.
