Hello everyone on LCHF. How much is 20 percent carbs in grams. 20 percent protein in grams and 60 percent good fats in grams.
Can a person on LCHF take around 150 to 175 grams of carbs daily from vegetables + 5 tea spoons of broken samba wheat alone.
plus daily butter 15 gram, clarified butter 15 grams, cheese two slices, full fat cream 50 ml, full fat milk 250 ml, eggs 3, chicken 100 grams, few almonds,walnuts,peanuts, coconut 75 grams. I mix fried in clarified butter grinded almonds,walnuts,pine nuts, chirongi in milk and cream heat and drink.
I am 40 years male. Diabetic type 2. No medicine and no walking.
5 ft 10 inches, 74 kilograms
Actually I have a habit of eating stomach full 😁.
Even after consuming the above i manage to keep my sugar level around 135 to 140 in one hour of eating.

It doesn't have to be a clinical analysis in grams or kilograms.
Make a list of all the fatty foods you like, add in all the green vegetables also then eat till satisfied.
Once you get used to not having rice, chapattis, potato, pasta or any other refined carbohydrates, especially confectionary, you will be on the road to a life free of this dreadful condition.
High carb high fat is more dangerous than high carb low fat or vice versa. If you are on 150-175gm, your carb intake is just too high. You should not exceed 100 gms per day.
