I am 43 years old. While taking allopathy medicine, I am having sugar level in fasting 100 and PP 136. If I stopped the medicine, but controlling in food, I am having sugar level 179 in Fasing and PP 238. Please suggest me what I have to do.

You have not arrived at a proper diet and excercise regime that enables you to reduce/stop medicines. So dont stop medicine. Try low carb diet or try George's long wheat porridge for a few months. Do not try to stop medicines unless you reach a consistently low fbs, ppbs and hba1c. See my earlier posts on diet and Georges prescription of long wheat.

It is good that with medicine your Blood sugar remains in normal limits. So dont leave medicine immediately. However if your work through an exercise and diet management regime you may control it and medicine may be reduced or stopped. Go for a brisk walk for about 40 minutes every day and limit your calorie intake to 1800 per day. Reduce carbohydrate intake and replace it with protein and fats. For example no sweets and less of Chapati and rice, avoid fruit juice bu can take moderate quantity of fruits such as guava, papaya, orange etc.. Can take white meat and fish but avoid red meat. Food portions be divided in 6 portions 3 major meals( Breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 3 minor meals (snacks- including fruit portions). You may have to adjust it after trial and error. Hope you will be able to avoid/ reduced medicines.

and i am very much fine. Garlic is the best medicine of the world . it will prevent a lot of things to u. if possible the use warm water always. and it may that u will free a lot of disease.
Why play with your health?If you can stay in normal levels with medication,do not experiment.
Keep Blood sugar between 80 and 140 all the 24 hours, by whatever means you choose.
