You have to bring down further. If you can do it without medication ,well and good.If not, better consult a doctor. What is your weight? In many cases, modest reduction in weight also helps.

Your weight is rather substantial and somewhat fast also. Are you aware why you are losing weight?Any urine test results?

Please go for a complete diabetic health check up.High sugar levels and weight loss are not good. The doctor will guide you based on test results.

Diabetes is not a disease like typhoid etc which can be cured by medicine. It is a metabolic disorder which you have to manage it by taking various measures like proper diet, adequate exercise, leading a stress free and disciplined lifestyle. If your sugar comes to control with these, well and good.Otherwise ,you have to go for medication under expert medical guidance. In any case, you should never allow the sugar levels to go beyond recommended levels.

I think you are doing well without medicines. Continue till you reach about 100.

Best cure is without medicines. If you can do that then it is the best way forward.

Congrats! :)

FBS should be less than 100 mg/dL.

PPBS (2hours after taking food) should be less than 140 mg/dL.

Your FBS and PPBS results are above normal.

Check your blood sugar daily and avoid foods that high blood sugar.

Undergo HbA1c test.

all these allopathy homeopathy and ayurveda are nothing in front of self beleif i was with nearly 500+ after food and 300+ before food

dont worry be confident yu can do it

go ahead i am with you since one year i have not takes any tablets (i was found that i am suffering from it for diabetes about an year back ) but never took tablets

dear friend allow your body to fight it can do it all the best

Firsts of all please excuse me for my wrong spellings and grammar of English

sir it is not miracle please trust yourself first

please believe in yourself

It was not a high blood sugar , it was more deficiency of insulin that you are facing

yu allow your body to produce it, your body must respond to you

eat more of vegetables soups papaya watermelon etc., your body will respond to you dont worry

if you dont have faith in my words try for atleast two days (im sure nothing will happen in two days to your body) but PPBS will definitely comedown if not at least it will not shoot up that is for sure

1. dont go to office for two days

2. switch off mobile

3. stayback at home /suitable place where there is no disturbance

4.eat only fruits drink, veg soup and relax yourself

5. avoid tablets

see the results

your body should have produced insulin which is sufficient enough to keep your insulin level as it is

this will be enough proof to prove that your body is capable of it then you can extend it for two- three more days

slowly yu can increase your carbohydrates diet and become normal

just like me

but the question arises

How long it will take to come out of diabetes

it is not a revolution

it will take three months at least

about myself : I m professor venkatramaiah a mathematics teacher for JEE and i teach on DD chandana channel karnataka everyday between 10:30- 11:00 pm (of course i teach maths not medicine )

according to me diabetes is not a problem it is just an opportunity to prove your self that yu are stronger than it

it is an opportunity to prove how strong you are

all the best

but everything is said and done i am not a doctor i am one person who came out of diabetes without medicines thats all moreover my experience may not be universal

thank yu

(sorry for my wrong english)

T2d are not insulin deficient but hyperinsulinemic.

Fruits are natural candys. Better avoided.

Lchf very low carb high Good fat diet would help. Exercise too.

You can't increase your carb intake. It's a lifetime disease managed with diet 90% and exercise 10%. Meds only when very high bs and facing some medical condition.

You should do fasting 24h to bring down your insulin. You are insuline resistant. Doit for 1 month. And when you eat avoir suggar and glucides. I was diagnosed with a1c 11.3 and fasting bs 3g/L. Idid fasting for 1 month and i cured my type 2. I have 35. Starvation bring down insulin and wake up the beta cell.
