LCHF diet. meenaraju has posted about a site that concentrates only on LCHF lifestyle for indians. Here's the URL where she has talked about the site:

healthunlocked.com/diabetes...

I have also read here that more than 150 diabetics have benefited from LCHF. However, most have left this place as meenaraju noted on above URL.

A1C has to be below 5.6

Madhu, whether you live in Kolkata ,Mumbai or Bangalore ,your dietary habits comes with you. All are accustomed to the diet which is taken since childhood. If one take food, however delicious, craving for original food returns within a few days. So diet can not be changed completely, but some modification can be made and that also gradually. To start with identify carbohydrate in different food items you eat. Then start reducing it.

So now what are you waiting for ? Get to the work. Good luck.

TIC TAC - Why consume such a useless stuff which is full of sugars. ( It is 98% carb). Where is your attachment? What diet do you follow? Which drugs you are on? What are BS levels?
