I am diabetic patient with hba1c of 12 ..I follow the diet but then also my hba1c level is same ..how to reduce it in span of three months ..

Reduce roti, rice and bread.

And also take your breakfast, lunch and dinner with the gaps of 4-5 hours at least. And take your medication regularly.
