Please Advice me

Hi All,

I am 34 year old 15 day before() i test blood sugar and got 363 after lunch then test Hba1c is 14.5 then doctor advice me Glipibee-SR-M1 one tablate before breakfast and Metfee after lunch and after 10 days again check blood sugar ff is 153 and pp is 354 and hba1c is 12.5, please advice me how to reduce and how to maintain blood sugar by natural (means without taking in medicine).

  • My situation was same as yours a year ago. Normally doctors who treat diabetes would declare it as an emergency and start insulin for such high sugar values with high hba1c. First thing, don't worry of your high sugars now. Be relieved from tensions and stress, it will have lot of impact on sugar values. Regulate your diet by following a combination of LWMD+LCHF. Search for these terms on this forum, you will find enough articles. In short:

    1. Do proper exercises (normal work outs).

    2. Eat less carbohydrates.

    3. Take medicines regularly.


    5. Enjoy a special new disciplined life.

  • Keep your carbohydrate intake between 10 and 14 portions per day (1 portion = 10g carbohydrate), ideally 3 meals x 4 carb portions. Follow this link
