Blood sugar level above 500 mg/dL may lead to hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state which is considered as life threatening complication.

You should get admission to the hospital to lower the blood sugar level and to avoid diabetic complications.

do not panic. my FBS was 456 when i did a routine check up 2.5 years back. HbA1c was 15.7. without medicines i could bring it down to 212 in 15 days and HbA1c was at 9 last year. this year i am yet to go for routine check up. consult a doctor who does not scare you but at the same time does not take risks.

EXCEPTIONS ARE NOT RULE. PLEASE CONSULT A DOCTOR AND GET YOUR B/S BROUGHT WITHIN LIMIT .

If true, these are very serious levels of blood sugars. I would suggest to get sugars at reasonable levels using allopathic medicines before switching to LCHF diets. It's quite likely lipids might have gone haywire. Best thing is to follow Mr.Nair's advice so that all the markers would be tested.

My suggestion is that u see an M.D. OR A hEALTH care professional first. Then i would go Herbal and plenty of greens. You r dangerously high. there are a lot of natural plants and bitter herbs that have lowered my BS GOD BLESS
