Hi

What would be the diet & exercise apart from Daily walk for a overweight person who whish to reduce the BSL level

currently my sugar is 180 fasting 230 pp my am overweight by 30kg

what all been told adding to that only one thing increase Fats in diet But only when u restrict carb aggressively to 100 g a day which is LCHF diet it will reduce Yours meds + make more energetic trust me it works all you need to do is follow it and see for yourself the results , it might sounds intimidating but when u search in Google about "Atkin Diet" and major athletes use them to reduce weight you will understand what LCHF diet means and how it works ! .
