LCHF is a great method to follow,
However, some how, I get a feel that, by adhering to LCHF, my intake is significantly less.
Just started on LCHF (not fully though)
I am now 63 years of age.
How will I feel if I continue this for over 2 years.
Would I need to carry a WALKING STICK to go for walks ?
Meaning will this render me feel like Oldies that are 90 +.
