what i should eat to control my blood sugar 370 after lunch
Check your blood sugar level daily and try to reduce the foods that cause high blood sugar levels. Post-prandial blood sugar level (2hours after taking food) must be less than 140 mg/dL.
Adopt insulin therapy.

I have changed my life style as mentioned earlier. After five days of change in lifestyle my blood sugar level pp is 175 which was 370 before. Should I go for any treatment or i can manage with my rutine excersise
please give some low carb and high fat food and time table if possible
In my opinion you doing good
1. get a home glucose meter test before and 2 hr after meals ( keep a log what u been eating and what were the readings )
2. Try to avoid all processed / packed food including non sugar substitutes and eat vegetables ( sabzi or soups starchy like potato beet root etc ideally should be avoided ) add Nuts like channa , almonds , peanuts etc
3 count the carb intake for a day try keeping daily intake limited to 100g add more fats ,Portion your meals accordingly fatsecret.co.in/ search to find out more about food you take .
3 Avoid rice grains cereals wheat products ( keep testing after meals to know how they increasing the BS levels )
4. exercise daily walks / jog / meditations all will help not only in BS but otherwise to keep you in good energy .
5 avoid smoking / drinking atleast or limit them .
Then You can review how well u progressed i also had a fasting of 275 4 weeks ago now i am at fbs 104 pp 122 so yes its possible if i go to a doc with my report now he would recommend no meds but eat what u feel like just limit them exercise and u be fine , no one will tell u what not to eat or guide you with the process so please follow this forum LCHF Diet Medfree is a big Help plz read the link above ,in my case when BS were high one doc suggested Insulin and one wanted me to wait for 3 months for H1bac( both didn't tell me to avoid carb ) so i'm still learning give yourself some time but follow a strict diet plan after 3 months get again tested for H1bac see the difference accordingly start the meds / insulin ( i'm sure it won't be necessary ) with the help of Doc but its my own suggestion i am no expert in this matter just stating my own experience .
