hi friends my sugar level is increasing after lunch

It depends mostly on what and how much you are eating for lunch.Try to include more of low glycemic foods and ,sprouts,vegetables etc.Aim should be to reduce glycemic load during lunch.

I took 3 chapati 1bowl dal n small bowl salad of cucumber n curd

restrict yourself to just one roti...preferably long wheat roti...instead of Dal.. try green vegetables..have salad as much as you can...

Reduce no. chapathis and add plenty of vegetables in dal.Switch to dishes like palak panneer. The idea is to replace carb rich wheat and rice with fibre rich vegetables ang greens.
