Best breakfast for LCHF followers......

One egg omlete with 1/4th onion with dhania leaves with salt ,turmeric.

eat it with one medium red tomato and medium size peeled cucumber as salad.use olive oil or butter or coconut oil.

have 0ne big glass of plain pure filtered water.

if you are found of beverages then have one cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee.

I prefer black coffee which is without added sugar or milk.

Even one boiled egg is fine with me and getting ABSL of 120 in place of 140.

Thanks for the instant info.Last 7 years I have lost about 11 Kgs and currwntly 60kgs.I am trying to gain weight. Sugars are 97/168 range.BP 100-130.What would you advise for weight gain in food.Thanks onceagain.

Thank you very much. May be after some time i have to switch over to LCHF when i discontinue medicine when Hb A1C is around 5.7. Once in a week i take fruits. Now i am on LWMD.

My wife gives me 14 walnut halves, 24 almond plus some measure of pistachio/ or cashew and bean called peanut, totaling 150 grams. Any reason you do not favor cashew and pistachio?

Within 2014 I have brought down my HBA1C from 11.6% to 7.9% without medication. I am 61.

Since three weeks I have reduced carbohydrates to about 175 grams but in the first four weeks I brought down HBA1C from 11.6% to 9.0% consuming 6x100 gram tortillas daily (the label said carbs were 50% or 50 grams each) so my blood sugar average did come down despite more than 300 grams of carbohydrates daily. No medicines except I increased Flaxseed from two tablespoonful to four and took 2 gram cinnamon. It is for this reason I have slight reservation in agreeing totally with you. (Data on glycemic index, glycemic load and carb content are on the internet).

[BTW, I first reversed diabetes in 2005 and I had a 11.3% score in 2008 but I did not conduct sufficient/detailed tests to confirm it had reversed]

Sir For vegitarians Kellogs may be used and how much quantity make take with milk ?

A potential downside to consuming raw sprouts is that the process of germinating seeds can also be conducive to harmful bacterial growth.

Yes, it is readily available in all the major grocery stores and departmental stores. You can also sprout moong, chana, peanuts, etc. in home.
