Lunch - Salad or one cup of rice or Roast chicken quarter + 1 fruit.
Afternoon - Tea with 2 Sweeteners Plus 2 diabetic biscuits.
Dinner - Salad or quarter chicken or Rye bread with 2 eggs + 1 Yogurt.
One Banana a day.
