I have seen in my past thirteen long yrs of type II diabetes. Nothing works better and faster than brisk walking and meditation. Both. If I am stressed out, simply walking doesn't work. Sugar levels often go high when I am stressed. Even otherwise, if sugar level is high, simply meditation also doesn't work.
