I am 63 years old retired male. I donot eat sugar strictly both directly and indirectly.I go for walking daily for 30 minutes and do pranayama my for 20 minutes.I eat mathi powder every morning after brushing. But my blood sugar pre breakfast is around 185. What should I do?

Please check with your doctor about carb counting. If you want, write everything you eat down and put those item's totals, then add them up and see what you have eat for each snack and meal.
Do you get good nights sleep? High sugar count in the morning could be due to sleeplessness. Secondly have your night food (supper) early by 7.00 pm. Give your stomach good 12 hours rest.
I am a pure veg. Morning I have a glass of oats. 1 pm One small tiffin box of curd rice and evening 7.30 pm dinner 2 or 3 pulas. Sleep at 9pm. Gerup and go 1 hour Walking at 5.30am.
