We can reverse our problem of not only diabetes but even related to mental as well as physical challenges. Three things, I have been doing, the first one is Yoga; the second is balanced food; and the third one is regularly taking food supplement. And by maintaining these three things I have much been relieved of the mental tensions as well as the physical limitations.
The first one i.e. Yoga provides many benefits at one go. It teaches for the benefits of physical and mental strength. The exercises of Yoga makes me self-confident also.
Balance food, I mean to say, 50:25:25 or 40:30:30 ratio of carbohydrate, protein and fat. I take carbohydrate only half of total amount of my food; the rest half constitutes Salad, fruits, pulse etc. I avoid white flour, polished rice or saturated fat. At the same time I do not take any dairy product i.e., milk or anything made of milk. For the third point of taking food supplements, I take Salmon Omega-3, Nutrilite Daily, and Nutrilite Glucose health.
Though I am still taking my regular drugs as prescribed by my physician, but the improvements are gradually leading towards less medicine. And I believe one day I shall go without medicine.
In the next post, I will describe about history of my physical health -- since childhood I had asthma, then I developed hyper thyroid and lastly in 2010 I was detected diabetic too.
