We can reverse our problem of not only diabetes but even related to mental as well as physical challenges. Three things, I have been doing, the first one is Yoga; the second is balanced food; and the third one is regularly taking food supplement. And by maintaining these three things I have much been relieved of the mental tensions as well as the physical limitations.
The first one i.e. Yoga provides many benefits at one go. It teaches for the benefits of physical and mental strength. The exercises of Yoga makes me self-confident also.
Balance food, I mean to say, 50:25:25 or 40:30:30 ratio of carbohydrate, protein and fat. I take carbohydrate only half of total amount of my food; the rest half constitutes Salad, fruits, pulse etc. I avoid white flour, polished rice or saturated fat. At the same time I do not take any dairy product i.e., milk or anything made of milk. For the third point of taking food supplements, I take Salmon Omega-3, Nutrilite Daily, and Nutrilite Glucose health.
Though I am still taking my regular drugs as prescribed by my physician, but the improvements are gradually leading towards less medicine. And I believe one day I shall go without medicine.
In the next post, I will describe about history of my physical health -- since childhood I had asthma, then I developed hyper thyroid and lastly in 2010 I was detected diabetic too.

Thanks a lot for giving support to consolidate my beliefs which are based on my studies of different books. Earlier I had been under belief that since I practice Yoga, so there is no fear at all of being diabetic. The reality was that till 2010 (from 1993) that I was not regular in practising Yoga and work load had rendered me to remain under pressure, which resulted me being diabetic. In 2010 I had problem in teeth, and when I visited my dentist he prescribed some minor operations and before that he genuinely asked me to get sugar tested. I replied him that I was not having any sugar problem, but on his insistence I agreed to get my blood sugar tested. I was astonished to learn the result; I had developed blood sugar far beyond the limit. Then I consulted my physician, who prescribed certain medicine, but to my grief that he informed that I had to take these medicine life long. This was really painful for me to learn. This forced me to learn more and more about diabetes to get rid of it. First I consulted the Yoga source books, then medical courses of MBBS books, then Readers Digest publication on health and such other sources. Lastly I read "What Your Doctor Doesn't Know About Nutritional Medicine MAY BE KILLING YOU" written by Dr. Ray D. Strand, M.D. This book has elaborately been written with case histories.
The above studies led me to believe that my diabetes can certainly be reversed.
I hope you as well as others may find some light on the whys and hows of diabetes and other diseases. I wish all should be benefitted to live happier and healthy life.

Only taking " Salmon Omega-3, Nutrilite Daily, and Nutrilite Glucose health " is not enough. You cannot afford to omit the two other points, which I mentioned above.
However, the Nutrilite product can be purchased by any distributor of Amway Co. You are aware Amway ABOs are available in all over India and abroad. Try to contact any local ABO of Amway Business; it is much easier still to become yourself an ABO, but for that also you will need a person who is already an Amway Business Owner (ABO).
Why don't you visit websites of Amway Product Demo or Nutrilite product demo. I get these products because my son is an ABO. And it does not cost at all i.e., fully free to become an ABO and buy the Nutrilite products with good percent of discount. You only need to have your will power to become an ABO. Even online help is abundantly available for the purpose. But again, I will remind you not to miss the other two points of Yoga and regular food in proper ratio.
Of course, Salads, fruit, and pulses are also predominantly carbohydrate, but they are low- glycemic as opposed to the high-glycemic white flour, rice, potatoes, etc.
