I am having stone in Pen crease Duct tell & got block, but there is no pain sign. My diabetes is fluctuating between 90 to 120/130 to 220.

My age is 41 year, height is 170 cm & wt is 75 kg, I had lost wt. around 10 kg in last 2 year. However I am under Medication and Taking Medicine as Genuria 25, Emril 1 & 2 (In Morning at Break fast Genuria 25 & AMRIL M1 & Evening Amril M2 during Diner. I am maintaining HBA1C is 6.5.

Most of time I am taking controlled diet say 28 days in month, but due to busy schedule I am not able to go for exercise or walk on regular basis.

Please suggest how to recover with Pencreatitice problem/along with effect of diabetes..
