Can diabetic 2 eat fishes
Why not?Fish does not spike your sugar levels because it does not have any carbohydrates. Also ,it is called white meat, supposed to be better than red meat like lamb, from health point of view.
yes you can eat fish.. don't worry....
Yes. You can have fish is good quantity. However, some fish have high fat content so eat them in moderation, else you would gain weight. To decide on the right mix of portions, it is better that you consult a dietician in a good clinic.
Nothing better than fish for diabetics. If possible, diabetics should only eat fish.

Yes you may , but having low salts in it.
Yes. Three times a week not breaded. I use lemon and pepper.
Ps. I keep my carbs to 25 grams per day while losing weight.
Protein has no carbs
Yes friend you can eat twice in a week. Fish is diabetic friendly food and also heart healthy.
I do a similar program...but closer to Atkins. All organic.
No who is telling you this. It doesn't convert to sugar
Eating fish three times in a week is very good . But please avoid deep fried fish. Fish is a great source of Omega3 fatty acids which prevents body degeneration. Fish also doesn't have carbs and transfats. Since you also have BP it is a very good diet for you. Try to get fatty fish like Vanjaram , Rohu and avoid shark.
Shellfish such as shrimp, crab, and lobster should be avoided. They contain bad cholesterol.
You can consume fish curry but not fried fish. Taking more oils in the diet may cause coronary artery disease.
