I have improved my HbA1c from 8.2 to 7.3 and now 6.9. I am still trying more to improve.

I am on medicine and daily walking for 1 hour. May age is 56 and am diabetic since 1988.

I was on insulin for a a period of about 1 year before I came back to tablets by exercise control.

I am experiencing neuropathy issues for last 1 year or so.
