My husband gets rashes on his face and head?

My husband is on Sinimet plus and Rasalagine,he sleeps most of the day,just does not seem to keep awake,he sleeps well at night.

Could it simply be his age he is 85 ?

Every time I take a sinimet pill I get a lot of mucous in the back of my throat and it is difficult to swallow. This doesn't happen on off
