sounds like you might have 'visceral off'. That;s what my neuro says I have. When I'm off my meds, or it's time to take the next sinimet, I get cramps or dystonia in ab, can't pee, etc. Sinimet and a meal sets it right for a while. Unfortunately affects my left leg and the way I walk. Unfortunately the amount of sinimet I have to take to make my gut work gives me dyskinesia in the rest of me. Wish the levodopa knew exactly where to go
