Do I have metastatic colorectal cancer?

hello everyone, I'm new here, and really confused by all the complications related to Crohn's, now I'm constipated and my stomach feels very bloated, and heat in the chest which causes the skin to turn red or dark, shortness of breath and coughing, dizziness in the back of the head all the way to the eyes that caused both eye veins to appear and ears ringing and tingling which was diagnosed as GERD, and there was a lot of solid wine colored mucus coating my stool, after months of uncertainty I was finally diagnosed with Crohn's contcomitant sle, and after taking DAA for Hepatitis C, I felt a cold sensation with changes in skin color on the fingertips which developed into Reynaud's syndrome, and the results of a complete abdominal ultrasound showed an acute liver with heterogeneous parenchyma (previously the diagnosis of cirrhosis was not specific). My pancreas was starting to normal but the gallbladder collapsed? and the results of breast ultrasound Birads 4b malignant tumor, which still needs to be biopsied to establish a definite diagnosis, all of these autoimmune symptoms start with a small lump in the breast which doesn't hurt when pressed, over time the skin color starts to change to red and dark ..while I starting to feel like the left stomach is more swollen with discolored skin,is that normal? and what is meant by radiation proctitis? because I have never had any radiation therapy

Sorry to hear you're going through all that. Could breast clinic help you work out if that could be metastatic colorectal cancer? Good luck getting support and all the answers you need.
