Hi I'm 23 and have health anxiety I've being having problems with my bowels lately gassy bloated pains in stomach and constipated sometimes my calprotectin levels came back a little high my doctor has transferred me to gastroenterologist my doctor seems to think it's ibs or ibd can people let know what symptoms they have with ibd thanks and also is ibd managble x

Hello , I have recently just been diagnosed with Crohns . Symptoms I have had are stomache cramps , diarrhea up to 7-8 times a day , mucous in my stool . My inflammation factor was 53 which is supposed to be around 3 .

I have Ulcerative Colitis and, apart from those symptoms which Witty2127 has outlined, bloody stools and or blood on wiping are two more symptoms which may be experienced by IBD sufferers.

IBD is manageable given the correct medication after diagnosis which usually is made via colonoscopy.

My symtoms are gassy bloated sometimes constipation and stomach pains witch makes me worry I suffer with health anxiety and panic it's cancer

I have pretty similar symptoms to what you had, I have also notice weight loss on me which has brought me down from 90lbs to 85lbs. Having dirreah,constipation,bloated,excessive gas, fatigue, cloudy memory.
