Mucus or worms ?I am at a loss ,neg stool, but this is all i poop when I can poop , goggle thinks it's worms

I'd say that's a worm although I don't know what the treatment is. You need to see your GP.

Thanks have seen one waiting in more test they keep saying it's mucus but not 5he amount I am exspelling

Looks like a parasite. A worm.

That IS Tapeworm, You need to get that 'Looked at' Professionally ASAP.

I'm going through the same at the moment. Had a terrible episode of abdominal pain just over two weeks ago with constant vomiting and pooing which ended with a severe episode of diarrhoea. I felt really faint all through this too which was the worst part. I ended up in A & E. They put me on a drip and I felt better so was discharged. Since then for a week anything I passed was bloody and then after 8 days passed what looked like a large worm but I'd say mine was round worm. Took photo of it and showed GP who asked for a parasite test but it came back negative. I'm at my wits end now as feeling ill a lot of the time and wonder how many more of these things I'm harbouring. I'd had episodes of this pain and bowel issues before but this was the worst. I'll be interested to hear how you get on.
