Does anyone suffer from hemorrhoids?

So i got a colonoscopy due to abdominal pain and stool being weird and it all came back clear. But the dr said he found hemorrhoids which was odd to me considering I never bled. But ever since the colonoscopy I’ve been getting sharp pain in my rectum/Anus or pain there all the time ... it’s been a week since the colonoscopy.. do hemorrhoids cause pain ? I’ve had several test done to see the inside of my abdominal and also all clear. The only thing that was high on my blood was my liver but they nothing to major to worry about.

Maybe the colonoscopy caused some damage to your rectum.
