Hi, I recently had a laparoscopy for an ovarian cyst and the gynae said my bowels look red and irritated on outside. I have v bad diarrhea, yellow mucus, urgency, only occasional blood but could be piles. He is referring me for colonoscopy for suspected IBD. Would it show on outsides?
