Well I did week 1 for 2 weeks (5 runs) and was dreading

Going into week 2 but I felt great and felt like I could

Have run further! I NEVER thought I would be able to run

But I am a very long way off but I maybe starting to

Believe I could get there! I am doing Slimming world too so

Hopefully thus will help with the weight loss!

Well done Batchybabe!!! :) things only get better from here, each week you'll wonder if you'll survive the next one and surprise yourself each time, have the courage to get out there and try it, you'll be amazed at your progress.

Yeah to be able to see your progress like that over the weeks will be a real motivation factor - it's impressive to see how quickly you get up to running for longer distances. The remaining 7 weeks will fly by!
