Today I really did not feel like running. I felt bloated and tired, but the dog needed a walk anyway so I decided to go. Thank goodness I did!
It was such a good run, and my first real sunny run! With the gentle breeze I didn't get too sweaty! As I ran along the side of the corn field, with Nala bouncing in front of me chasing butterflies which were dancing through the air, I felt truly glad to be alive! I know there is sad things in the news this week, and we must remember this, but we must appreciate our lives, and be happy to be alive!
W3R2 complete, last run of Week 3 on Sunday!
Happy Running!

I've just come in from a run, and that makes me want to go back out again! Isnt it just wonderful with all this gorgeous sunshine. That and running, are the most invigorating ways to me, to get chilled out. A lovely post - thanks
