Glad to be back!

Hi, I was Babysitting my granddaughter last week again so I’m afraid no runs since my 1st Consolidation run a week ago last Sunday!

Was gutted really as I didn’t get a chance to run...

I wanted to go this morning, then I heard rain, and I thought if I think too much about it I won’t go at all, as once you have a break it could be so easy not to go...

Nerves creep in and you start thinking I could make a fool of myself now especially if I leave it until this evening when yes, it will be cooler, but am best to go now 7am ish and no one will see me!

I did go and I got my 2nd 5k in 37 mins exactly the same as the first...

Moral of the story is having a week off made no difference whatsoever apart from me and the bloomin gremlins.

Well done everyone, just to say I’m not as tech savvy as a lot of you, so I read a lot and only comment occasionally or I get a bit lost with it all, sending apologies...🙃

Good run for you today, sub 40 minutes is really good, in my opinion, apart from the winter a early morning run is best. 😊 🏃🏾
