I think you're probably right! You've done it before, you can do it again. Remember, trust Laura, and go for it...
4 times already? Change your music,route or even the run itself, otherwise you'll end up with a mental block. You can always go back to it again later.
Post grad runs are a bit of a stinker anyway I think. Its took me a while to accept...something, but not sure what!!!!! Just the running 30 mins without the support of Laura in my ears?. Daft.It was good to change my route, and some music to get some spirit back in my soul. I now eat more bananas, drink tonic water and have some zero extreme electrolyte fizzies that I put in my water. Its all helped. Dont give up, you've done it before. Maybe try an easier week just to get your confidence back?
It is the courage to change things I think ... I succeeded with Laura and her way ... now I feel a little adrift ... scared that if I go to far from plan I may do it wrong
So I will be brave and do the 20 minute run next ... or as I told my husband the two 10 minute runs and I will move the 3 minute walk to the end
