Just keep at it, you’re doing the right thing sticking at Week3 until you’re ready to move on. Keep it nice and slow and you’ll get there. You’re doing great 👍

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You don't at why you are "stuck"

If you are having trouble completing your W3 runs, just slow it down.

You should be able to speak aloud clear ungasping sentences as you run.......if you cannot, you are going too fast for your current fitness level.

This post about mental approach to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... may also help to put it all in perspective.

You can do this.

Enjoy your journey.

That’s fine, everyone needs to go at their own pace & you are in charge of your own running journey. 😄

However I would also say... once you have completed 3 x W3 runs, there is no harm trying W4 & just going very slowly. It is easy to doubt ourselves about the next week... & then we discover that we can do it after all! 😄😉

Glad you're enjoying the app, it works well doesn't it. I've only just started W4 and it took me a couple of goes before I could manage the 5 minute runs. Just take it really slowly and I'm sure you'll be fine. It was a week ago when I did it and I'm still grinning when I think about it!

(I keep editing this post changing the first word to 'Glad' but it doesn't seem to save!)

Take your time, there’s no rush. When you’re ready give it a go, going really slowly, and you might surprise yourself 😁
