Raining all day and then some sunshine. It was cloudy and trying to rain when I got home from work to do my run. I went out anyway and took my bus ticket with me just in case it poured and I needed to get home!
I enjoyed the run. The first five minute run was difficult but the second one was a lot easier and when Laura said I was half way through I picked up pace and ran faster! I'm usually about to die at this point.
Felt great when I got home. My husband went out to get fish and chips but I declined as it didn't feel right to have a takeaway after such a great run.
