Wk2 Done, Wk3 here I come!

Have just completed wk2 R3, found it quite hard going but managed to complete it. Think that from next week will cover up the time on the treadmill as I keep looking at it which makes it seem longer than it is.

Also have started to count calories so am hoping that the pounds will start to drop soon.

Looking forward to the weather getting better have a lovely weekend.

Well done and enjoy week 3!! Is there a tv near the treadmill you can focus on to distract you from the time? That might help x


Welcome to week 3! I admire anyone that can treadmill run. It seems twice as long then a run outdoors to me. A TV sounds like a good plan to keep you focused elsewhere. :-) Gayle
