Just a quickie....I got some beef brisket to devour, I am starved after run 2 week 8.
Started too fast but slowed it down during the middle 20 mins then sped up again for the last 2 mins. It felt good! Let my mind wander into a daydream/visualisation zone and the time wizzed by.
Run 3 on Friday, weekend off as it's my birthday on Saturday and husband is taking me to Paris 😘
