Still going strong despite suffering from a bad chest.

Interestingly, this time it was the first run that was the hardest. After that it got easier and by the end I felt I could have done at least one more.

Hopefully that bodes well for the longer runs.......

Good Good - I did week 2 R1 today - found it ok - but the uphill inclines a real struggle. But the rest ok - so like you i hope my next run will be easier or feel achievable.

It's perfectly acceptable to avoid uphill inclines if you want to! Or to go much slower for them, at least. Getting up them with a struggle shows real determination! :)
