I found so much helpful advice and information on here I know I wouldn't have got to the end without it.
My main advice would be go slowly just don't worry about how fast you are going and trust the program.

Keep posting your runs and start following people at the same stage or a bit ahead of you. I found it incredibly motivating - you'll find a lot of support on here. Also there is brilliant information in the pinned posts that are well worth reading.

The demands get greater, but it doesn't get harder, because you are better able to cope with them.
