The first run of week 4 beat me. I felt like a failure and was totaly disheartened after being unable to finish the last bit of the final 5mins. The only thing that made me feel better was logging onto this site and reading some of your inspiring stories, it gave me hope that I could do it if I kept at it.
So, last night I dragged myself to the gym, determined that I could do it this time, and I did!
It nearly killed me and I looked somewhat akin to a beetroot but I felt great! I did get a few odd looks in the gym, sweaty and puce and grinning from ear to ear but I really didn't care.
This programme is amazing and its working
