It's close to finals for me, and what better way to relieve the stress than by going for a run! I'd been doing a few short runs (to my work as an organist over Easter, which co-incidentally is exactly a kilometre from my house!) leading up to today, when I attempted my old 5K circuit after what has been considerable time off. Well, I made it halfway round, then alternated running and walking on the way back. Not a bad start! and I definitely want to get to the point where I can run 5K comfortably again soon (and finish the C25K programme as well, obviously!)
