If you read my last blog, you will know that I was unsure whether to bother doing W6R1 after finding W5R3 extremely easy. Maann am I glad I did it (thanks to all of you that told me to do it)! Gosh, I was dying! For the first 5 minute run, everything i have learned about pacing went out the window. On the last 5 minute run, I literally thought I was going to pass out. For some reason, time went extremely slowly! Ugh, I thought I was going to die. I have come to the conclusion that I HATE INTERVALS!!! Oh well, only 1 more interval run and then that's it, just nice long, slow jogs, just the way I like them. On a brighter note, my distance/speed was excellent, which explains why I was so tired. It's worth it though!
So what are you on about, "3 hour workout" Olivia? Well, I'm doing the blogilates 127 April challenge thing and I also did strength and flex week 2 as a warm up. The end total was an exhausting 3 hours!! Don't worry guys, I treated myself to a massive pizza hut meal, you can see my lovely pizza in the picture above (about 1000 calories, oops...).
This journey has been incredible, and it has been amazing getting to know you lot as well, with all your great support and encouragement. I don't know if I would have been able to manage getting this far without you, here's to a lifetime of fitness!!
