Very excited to see that they are starting a park run in my local town this weekend! I can't actually go for 3 weeks due to other Saturday plans but looking forward to going and also going to try to volunteer for 1 in 3 runs I think.

Now that is exciting, to have a new one in your nearest town. Should be a really good way to meet other runners, with lots of new people starting up - you'll be one of the old hands (old feet?) in no time at all!

Should be great - we've had one in Telford for just a few weeks now and it really is fantastic. Volunteering is great fun too. Enjoy
