Well, I've registered for Park Run and hopefully going to complete my first tomorrow …. without C25K I would have never thought this was possible. So you if you are just starting the programme - you can do this!!

The last run I did I got to 3 miles (over 30 mins though!) so will just have a little bit more to go tomorrow #goals

90% of people can’t do 5k in 30 minutes on graduation! If you’re close, that’s amazing! I still can’t do it 😂

Enjoy ParkRun. They’re fab!

thanks! I'm nervous and kind of looking forward to it at the same time. Started the app with pals but we are now all at different stages for one reason or another, so I'm going alone.

If you go every week, you start making friends ☺️

Have a great time! I went once a couple of years ago and loved it. I’ll be going back in a couple of weeks once I hit W7 👍🏻

Go along and enjoy yourself, remember it’s not a race and there will be people from at all levels from the athletes to the walkers. I can’t recommend it enough.

Good luck Deals! Please let us know how you get on! 😀 I’m waiting until I’ve done two more 5ks before embarking on my first parkrun. I’ve only run that distance once before and I’m a total 🐌🐌 at nearly 43 minutes, and I also don’t want to have to walk any of it! 🐌🐌🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😀😀
