Aha - so that's who it was! Fantastic to have 50 in the team.
Just checked on the 5x50 team page... yes, we're up to 50 now,
Had been dilly-dallying about joining until I'd seen my GP for the all clear. So, here goes...
Woo hoo!!! Think you should get a special prize for being #50!! Welcome to the team!
I do believe that now makes us the 2nd biggest team, how fantastic is that?! Also, that means 24 have joined up since my shameless blog 6 days ago urging for new recruits.....result!!!
Sue
Shameless maybe, highly effective definitely! ... and there's still time for others to join,.
I'm now going to spend an enjoyable evening getting organised for 5x50 and genning up about mountain bikes as I'm off tomorrow to get one, hopefully.
Great - good to have another S&Fer on board!
Where is the page to join up. Is it 5k or 30 mins? Every day?
Most questions are answered on the 5x50 FAQ page:
Here's a link to Sue's shameless blog (with details of how to join our team):

As for the 5k or 30 minutes, it's whichever you can manage... from the 5x50 FAQ page: "As the main aim is to be physically active every day for 50 days, you can count 5km OR 30 minutes of an alternative activity towards your challenge target. For example, a 30 minute swim OR a 30 minute aerobics class OR 30 minute row would count."
Quick, quick, grab her!
Ideally 5k, but there's no way I could do that yet - 30 min of some form of exercise. Yes, every day... That bit will be a bit challenging, but it could be walking, and it could be in 2 or 3 bits.

our team is NHS couch to 5k (c25k) - you put that in after you've joined I think (can't quite remember)
Just received a Facebook update from 5x50, close to 3000 registrations as of this afternoon!
Wow, no wonder they've run out of T-shirts.
I was wondering... what are they made of? Just plain cotton (not so good for running in) or a wicking fabric? The website doesn't say.
Just joined, too late to back out now!!!!! AAaaaargh
Just checked 53 C25Kers now!
I've just signed up. Haven't run since November, though I walk 8/9 miles a day, so it's a good way to get running again. Seems I'm a fair weather runner
