Still getting out there.......... despite the snow

Not to be put off by the blizzard and wind chill factor. I have been adapting my runs. Around 2 football pitches 11 times when its thick with ice on the pavements and shorter roadside runs when the snow is coming down. So far so good. I have managed 3 runs per week plus long walks.

So keep going if you can and its safe.

Good for you. In the last snow I tried running round a football pitch - it was very hard work! The snow has pretty much gone here, and I will admit I was quite glad to see the back of it. Hope you get some ice free running very soon. :)

Very well done staying motivated through the winter! We still have snow on the ground here in the USA. So very ready for spring!!!! Gayle
