It was going so well..... ran the whole first 7 60sec runs (first time) my breathing is recovering faster and I was feeling great about it.
Then I pulled my calf muscle at the end of run 7 so had to hobble all the way home. Very frustrating but I know I have improved already. I’m not ready for wk2 yet but il do wk1 at least 2 more runs and see where I’m at.
Hot sweaty and feeling positive with a slightly sore leg!

Well done on completing week 1, make sure you stretch well. I’ve had calf problems through the program and seen a physio. Definitely helps to have the right shoes!!
